Our Tooling Cycle...

A detailed fullsized drawing of the case is produced and inspected. Next, the aluminum sheet is cut to size.     The tooling is taking shape. The finished tool is being inspected     The tool is loaded into the thermoformer ready to form its first shot. The case shell is ready to be trimmed and assembled
