The only way to ensure that your weapons, equipment, and electronics arrive undamaged and combat ready is by using the one case that is designed for this rugged environment - introducing our MILITARY SERIES CASES. These cases are designed to protect your components in even the harshest conditions. The hardware on these cases have been engineered to function again and again under the most adverse conditions. These cases exceed ATA300 CAT.1 specifications as well as passing the rigors of MIL-STD-810 testing.

These cases feature:

  • Polyethylene shell
  • Spring Loaded handles
  • Twist latches
  • 2” valance
  • O-ring seal
  • Recessed hinges
  • Pressure relief valve
  • Mold-on graphics permanent marking

Our cases have passed a wide range of testing requirements that can be used for your analysis or evaluation including:

  • Blowing rain test
  • Free fall drop
  • Low temperature free fall drop
  • Salt fog test
  • Stacking
  • Solar radiation test
  • Low temperature storage test
  • High temperature storage test
  • Vibration testing
  • Loose cargo test

The above were tests were performed to MIL-STD-810 E/F by an independent testing facility.

We have designed and fabricated hundreds of Military cases and containers and this experience allows us to match the right case to your needs. Our engineers have worked hand in hand with Naval Weapons Station Earle, Tacom, Picatinney Arsenal, and all the major prime contractors in designing and building specialized Military cases and containers. Our cases have been fielded tested for over 18 years and we constantly strive to improve on our time tested designs.

While wood, metal, fiberglass, or rotationally molded cases transfer impact directly to your components inside, our bumpers are designed to absorb and flex, actually cushioning against sharp blows.

No matter how tough our cases are on the outside the foam cushioning inside is very important. In Military environments the foam cushioning must withstand repeated abuse and still be able to perform. We have designed thousands of Military case inserts and are often called upon by the Military to provide fail-safe custom designs. We are a Dow Chemical authorized fabricator/distributor and stock all grades of the Military series polyethylene as well as all grades and densities of MIL-P-26514 polyurethane.

All of our operations have been DCMA audited and were found to be MIL-I-45208 compliant.

Please contact our sales department for assistance in choosing the RIGHT Military container for your needs. We accept all the Government credit cards.
